Tracking of work hours has never been so easy. All you need to do is swipe your card (or any other RFID / NFC device) in front of the reader. The status change is already logged and visible in the system.

You can also use your smartphone to link it with your profile and forget about swiping. By using our application you will be logged in and out automatically thanks to VEP's

As the system does not require any complex installation, you can also use it at remote sites. All active and inactive users can be monitored online or via our mobile application. The administration panel is used to manage users, cards and to print out the customized attendance sheets.

Multiple location management

Our devices can be installed in different locations, but they remain manageable from one interface. Your colleagues can use them independently or linked together, depending on how you work.

RAW data export

RUAC can export raw data into csv files, which can be imported into most systems. One common example is importing work time records into your existing management system (ERP /MRP).

Camera control

We also have a solution for card misuses. Our system is extendable with a tiny camera, which takes a picture when someone logs in or out. This device can also be used as a security camera outside working hours.
